To ensure high standards, we have established our own incoming and outgoing quality control laboratory, specializing in testing, measurement, and technical inspection of various types of bearings in accordance with current regulations and industry standards.

We are committed to accuracy, reliability, and reproducibility in everything we test. By following strict procedures, using advanced measuring equipment, and maintaining full independence, we deliver objective, actionable results you can rely on for critical technical decisions.

Our laboratory guarantees the independence, objectivity, reliability, and high accuracy of test results, as well as the confidentiality of all information provided by the customer in the course of our work.

All testing is performed by qualified specialists with extensive experience in quality control and technical inspection of rolling bearings. Our team’s expertise covers bearings of all types, designs, and sizes across the entire product range.

The laboratory tests bearing products for compliance with GOST 520-2011 “Rolling Bearings — General Specifications” according to the following parameters:

The PROMTEK bearing testing laboratory holds a certificate of laboratory status issued by the State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Testing in Samara Region.

The laboratory performs a wide range of rolling bearing tests in accordance with GOST and ISO standards. It is equipped with a full range of testing and analytical equipment. All processes are regulated by documented work procedures and instructions, and all measuring instruments have valid verification or calibration certificates:
